高中英语校本课程群建构策略及实施

——以重庆市第一中学校AE课程群为例

摘 要：针对当前重庆地区各中学校本课程建设中普遍存在的课程意识模糊化、课程结构碎片化、课程实施应试化等问题，本文以重庆市第一中学为例，阐述高中英语“AE(Advanced & All-round English Empowerment)课程群”的建构与实施。研究采用“研文献一察实际一构策略一推实践一行优化一凝范式”的行动研究路径，依托课程基地、重点课题和精品课程，构建纵向分层(基础课、拓展课、高阶课)与横向分类(综合课、语言技能提升课、文化特色课)相结合的立体化课程体系。实践表明，AE课程群有效促进了学生英语核心素养发展，推动了教师专业成长，助力了学校特色建设，对教育共同体学校产生了辐射引领作用，为高中英语国家课程校本化实施提供了可借鉴的实践范式。

Construction Strategies and Implementation of a High School English 

School-Based Curriculum Cluster from the Perspective of Core Competencies:

 A Case Study of the AE Curriculum Cluster in Chongqing No.1 Secondary School

Abstract：The research addresses the vague awareness, fragmented structure, and exam-oriented implementation in high school English curriculum development, using Chongqing No.1Secondary School's "AE Course Cluster" as a case. Following an action research path (literaturereview, need analysis, strategy design, implementation, optimization, paradigm formation),it constructs a three-dimensional system integrating vertical stratification (basic, enrichment,advanced) and horizontal categorization (comprehensive, skill-focused, culture-focused). Resultsshow enhanced student core competencies, teacher professional growth, and school distinctiveness,providing a replicable school-based implementation paradigm for the national curriculum.
