——《青瓷时代:宋元文化艺术平淡论》书评

【摘要】《青瓷时代:宋元文化艺术平淡论》以宋元文化艺术平淡论为研究对象，力图证成“平淡不仅是一种艺术精神，亦是一种价值所在”的绝大判断。此著以“有思想的学术”为其研究旨趣，力图展现思想与文化对于一种美学风格之生成的形塑作用。兼顾历史脉络及义理逻辑的路径选择，为“平淡”如何不平淡，提供了具有较高学理含量的系统说明。侯艳教授在明晰勾画“平淡”演进之长程脉络的同时，也跨越了不同的艺术门类并展现出了当行本色的研究能力。而研究过程中所表现出的眼界与方法上的限度，对于时下古典文学研究也有一定的参照意义。

[Abstract]Celadon Era: On the Plain Aesthetics of Song and Yuan Culture and Art takes the theory ofplainness in Song and Yuan culture and art as its research subject, and endeavors to verify the coreproposition that "plainness is not only an artistic spirit but also a value". Oriented toward "scholarshipwith ideological depth", this work aims to expound the shaping effect of ideology and culture on theformation of an aesthetic style. Adopting a research approach that integrates historical context andtheoretical logic, it provides a systematic and academically rigorous explanation for the profoundconnotation of "plainness". While clearly combing the long evolutionary context of "plainness",Professor Hou Yan spans diverse artistic disciplines and demonstrates her professional researchcapacity. Meanwhile, the limitations in research vision and methods reflected in the book also carrycertain reference significance for contemporary classical literature studies.
