【摘要】在媒介深度融合加速、传统媒体影响力重构与区域经济社会高质量发展需求迫切交汇的时代背景下，地市级党报如何突破“传声筒”的刻板定位，实现主题报道的可持续性、深刻性与功能性统一，从而切实服务于地方治理现代化与发展大局，已成为新闻学界与业界共同关注的核心课题。本文以《三门峡日报》自2021年至2025年，历时五年精心策划并持续推出的“创业”主题系列报道为研究对象，进行纵向历时性剖析与横向结构性解构，旨在通过这一典型个案的系统剖析，为新时代地方党报如何坚守主流舆论阵地、创新主题报道模式、深度参与社会治理，提供兼具理论启示与实操价值的样本参照。【关键词]地方党报;创业报道;连续五年;叙事策略;价值建构

[Abstract]In an era characterized by accelerating media convergence, the restructuring of traditionalmedia influence, and the urgent demand for high-quality regional development, a critical challenge hasemerged for journalism scholars and practitioners alike: How can Prefecture-level Party Newspaperstranscend the rigid stereotype of acting as a mere "megaphone"? Specifically, how can they achievethematic reporting that is sustainable, profound, and functional, thereby effectively serving localgovernance modernization and overall development?Focusing on the Sanmenxia Daily ' s"Entrepreneurship" series-strategically planned and published over five consecutive years from 2021to 2025 - this paper employs both a longitudinal diachronic analysis and a horizontal structuraldeconstruction. By systematically examining this representative case, the study aims to provide atheoretical framework and practical model for local Party newspapers in the new era. It explores how these outlets can uphold the mainstream public opinion front, innovate thematic reporting models, anddeeply engage in social governance.
