人工智能驱动下现代物流业领导力的重塑研究

摘 要：人工智能驱动下物流业领导力的影响较少为学者所关注，本文着眼于探究在人工智能对传统物流业转型为现代物流业中领导力的影响，以实践经验结合管理学相关理论，以人工智能领导力配置框架 ALCF 的战略协调维度、能力重构维度、治理与合法性维度等三维度研究现代物流业领导力重塑的路径，结合物流作业实践分析领导力框架通过有序且彼此依存的作用协同机制发挥作用。

AI-Driven Reshape Research on Leadership in the Modern Logistics Industry

Abstract:Little attention has been devoted to the AI-driven impacts of leadership in the modern logistics industry. This article focuses on exploring how leadership is influenced in the transformation of traditional logistics into modern logistics through artificial intelligence. It combines practical experience with management theory, studying the reshaping of leadership in modern logistics through the three dimensions of the AI Leadership Configuration Framework(ALCF): strategic coordination, capability reconstruction, and governance & legitimacy. It also analyzes how the leadership framework works through an orderly and interdependent synergy mechanism in logistics operations.
