社会支持理论视角下流动人口社区融入的路径研究--以东莞市H社区为例

摘要:本研究以社会支持理论与社会资本理论为理论基础，构建“正式支持/非正式支持一双类型社会资本一社区融入”的整合分析框架，综合运用案例研究法、深度访谈法与实地观察法，以东莞市H社区为案例开展流动人口社区融入的实证研究。研究结果表明，H社区流动人口的社会资本呈现聚合型偏强、桥接型不足的结构性失衡特征。正式支持侧重培育桥接型社会资本，非正式支持侧重巩固聚合型社会资本，二者通过社会资本中介作用分别作用于经济融入、社会融入与心理融入三个维度，三重互动机制贯穿于社会支持转化为融入的全过程。基于上述发现，从优化社会支持体系、平衡社会资本结构、构建联动体系三个层面提出对策建议，为流动人口社区融入实践提供理论参考与经验借鉴。

A Study on the Path of Floating Population Community Integration from the

Perspective of Social Support Theory

- A Case Study of H Community, Dongguan City

Abstract: Based on social support theory and social capital theory, this study constructs an integratedanalytical framework of "Formal Support-Informal Support/Dual Types of Social Capital-Community Integration". Taking H Community in Dongguan City as a case, it conducts anempirical study on the community integration of the floating population by comprehensively usingcase study, in-depth interview and field observation. The findings show that the social capital of thefloating population in H Community is characterized by a structural imbalance: strong bonding capital yet insufficient bridging capital. Formal support focuses on cultivating bridging capital, while informal support emphasizes consolidating bonding capital. Both exert influences on economic integration,social integration and psychological integration respectively through the intermediary role of capital,with three synergistic mechanisms running through the whole process from support transformation tointegration. Based on the above findings, countermeasures are proposed from three aspects: optimizingthe support system, balancing the capital structure and building a collaborative linkage system, so as toprovide theoretical reference and practical experience for the practice of community integration of the floating population.
