初中生学习习惯的现实问题及优化策略

摘 要:随着核心素养导向的基础教育改革不断深化，如何优化初中生学习习惯、保障作业高质量完成，已成为教师和家长共同面临的突出困境。运用系统思维分析初中生学习习惯与其他系统要素之间的关系，对解决初中生自主性学习习惯体系缺失、家长尚未形成科学的协同支持观、教师系统性作业设计观欠缺等问题具有现实意义。在系统思维下锁定现实问题，应从树立学生自主性学习观、建构家长科学性协同支持观、优化教师系统性教育观三方面助力初中生学习习惯的提质增效。

Abstract: As the core-competency-oriented reform of basic education continues todeepen, how to optimize junior high school students' learning habits to achieve high-qualityhomework completion has become a common challenge faced by both teachers and parents.Applying systems thinking to analyze the relationships between junior high school students'learning habits and other systemic elements holds practical significance for addressingissues such as the absence of a self-directed learning habit system among junior high schoolstudents, the lack of a scientific collaborative support perspective among parents, and thedeficiency of a systematic homework design approach among teachers. From the perspectiveof systems thinking, identifying these practical problems suggests that efforts should be madeto enhance the quality and efficiency of junior high school students' learning habits from threeaspects: fostering students' autonomous learning orientation, constructing parents' scientificcollaborative support perspective, and optimizing teachers' systematic educational approach.
