数字时代艺术人才综合能力培养机制研究

【摘要】数字时代的快速发展带来了艺术教育的新挑战与机遇。为了培养具备综合能力的艺术人才，需要创新教育理念和培养模式，推动技术与艺术的深度融合。基于对当前艺术人才培养现状及其主要问题的分析，提出以跨学科协同、实践导向与个性化发展为核心的艺术人才培养机制。该机制强调通过引入数字技术、智能媒介与新型创作工具，重塑艺术创作、表现与传播方式，拓展艺术表达的边界与可能性。同时，在教学过程中注重学生综合素质的整体提升，尤其是创新思维、问题意识与自主学习能力的培养。这一以技术一艺术融合为导向的人才培养机制，不仅有助于学生在数字化与智能化语境中实现快速适应与角色转型，也为艺术创作的多样化形态与高质量发展提供了内在动力与制度保障，从而为新时代艺术教育的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。

Research on the Mechanism of Comprehensive Ability Training of Art Talents in

the Digital Age

[Abstract] The rapid development of the digital age has brought new challenges and opportunities toart education.In order to cultivate the art talents with comprehensive ability, we need to innovate theeducation concept and training mode, and promote the deep integration of technology and art. Based onthe analysis of the current situation and the main problems of art talents training, this paper putsforward the art talents training mechanism with the core of interdisciplinary cooperation, practiceorientation and individualized development.The mechanism emphasizes the introduction of digitaltechnology, intelligent media and new creative tools to reshape the way of artistic creation, expressionand communication, and expand the boundary and possibility of artistic expression.At the same time,the teaching process should pay attention to the overall improvement of students' comprehensivequality, especially the cultivation of innovative thinking, problem awareness and independent learningability.This talent training mechanism, which is guided by the integration of technology and art, notonly helps students to adapt quickly and transform their roles in the context of digitalization andintelligence, but also provides internal motivation and institutional guarantee for the diversified formsand high-quality development of artistic creation, thus laying a solid foundation for the sustainabledevelopment of art education in the new era.
