融合治理视域下民办高校党建引领事业发展的实践路径探索

摘 要：在新时代高等教育深化改革背景下，如何有效发挥党建引领作用，破解党建与业务“两张皮”难题，实现人才、科技、教育的深度融合与高质量发展，是民办高校面临的重大现实课题。本文基于国内一所民办高校的典型案例，深入剖析其以党建引领事业发展的创新实践。文章从理论逻辑与现实必要性出发，阐述了党建引领对于民办高校落实立德树人、优化治理结构、提升核心竞争力的关键意义;进而分析了当前民办高校党建工作中普遍存在的融合不深、机制不畅、保障不足等现实困境;重点从构建大思政育人体系、驱动产教融合创新、强化师资队伍建设和完善治理保障机制四个维度，系统论述了党建与业务深度融合的实践路径。研究表明，将党的政治优势、组织优势转化为民办高校的治理效能、育人优势和发展动能，是其实现内涵式、特色化发展的战略支点

Abstract:Under the background of deepening the reform of higher education in the new era, howto effectively play the leading role of party building, solve the problem of " two skins " betweenparty building and business, and realize the deep integration and high-quality development oftalents, science and technology and education is a major practical issue faced by private collegesand universities. Based on a typical case of a private university in China, this paper deeplyanalyzes its innovative practice of leading the development of the cause with party building.Starting from theoretical logic and practical necessity, this paper expounds the key significance ofparty building guidance for private colleges and universities to implement moral education,optimize governance structure and enhance core competitiveness. Then it analyzes the practicaldifficulties in the current party building work in private colleges and universities, such as lack ofintegration, poor mechanism and insufficient guarantee. Focusing on the four dimensions ofbuilding a big ideological and political education system, driving the integration and innovationof production and education, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and improving thegovernance guarantee mechanism, this paper systematically discusses the practical path of thedeep integration of party building and business. The research shows that the transformation of theparty 's political and organizational advantages into the governance efficiency, educationaladvantages and development momentum of private colleges and universities is the strategicfulcrum for its connotative and characteristic development.
