摘要:"优师计划"师范生是北师大珠海校区重点培养的学生群体,其美育素养发展对基础教育质量提升具有重要意义。本研究以<<中外教育电影赏析>>课程为研究对象,采用"问卷法+访谈法"的混合研究模式,从美育基础、上课收获和课程评价三个维度,对"优师计划"师范生、公费师范生及部分非师范专业学生进行了专项监测。结果显示:"优师计划"师范生美育基础扎实,跨文化与跨学科兴趣浓厚,对技术与艺术融合的认可度较高;课程在跨学科教学、跨文化视野培养等方面成效显著,但存在艺术实践参与度不足、技术应用深度不够等问题。基于实证数据,本研究提出加强跨学科融合、提升艺术实践比重、优化技术应用等课程优化建议,为"新文科"视域下美育通识课程建设提供参考。

Abstract:  Pre-service teachers in the"Excellent Teacher Program"(优 师 计f 刘)are a key cohortcultivated at Beijing Normal University's Zhuhai Campus.Their aesthetic education competenceis important for improving the quality of basic education.This study takes the course Appreciationof Chinese and Foreign Educational Films as the research object.It adopts a mixed-methodsdesign that combines questionnaires and interviews. The study conducts targeted monitoringacross three dimensions:(1)foundations of aesthetic education,(2)learning gains from thecourse,and(3)course evaluation.Participants include students in the"Excellent TeacherProgram,"publicly funded(tuition-free)normal university students,and some students from non-teacher education majors. The results show that'"Excellent Teacher Program"students have solidfoundations in aesthetic education. They also show strong interest in cross-cultural andinterdisciplinary learning.They report high acceptance of integrating technology with the arts.Thecourse demonstrates clear effects in interdisciplinary teaching and in cultivating cross-culturalperspectives.However,problems remain.Student participation in arts practice is insufficient,andthe depth of technology application is limited.Based on the empirical evidence,this studyproposes course optimization strategies. These include strengthening interdisciplinaryintegration,increasing the weight of arts practice,and improving the depth and quality oftechnology use. The study provides references for developing general aesthetic education coursesunder the New Liberal Arts framework.
