固态规训与液态联结:母乳焦虑的平台化生产与抵抗一一以小红书为例

Solid Discipline and Liquid Connection: Platformed Production and Resistance ofBreastfeeding Anxiety- Taking Xiaohongshu as an Example

[摘要]:数字育儿平台中，母职情绪正被算法逻辑与商业机制深度塑造。本文以小红书中“奶量不足”“追奶失败”等母乳焦虑内容为分析对象，采集500篇高互动笔记及9560条评论，结合情绪劳动、算法治理与数字规训理论。研究发现，小红书通过情绪识别与互动权重机制，将焦虑化的母职表达转化为“高传播价值内容”。与此同时，用户也在评论互动中建立起即时性的“液态联结”。话语偏移、数据拒绝与社群逃逸等微观实践虽呈碎片化特征，仍为数字母职生态的重构提供了潜在可能。文章最后提出“算法调节一平台责任一用户赋权”的三维干预建议。

[Abstract]: In digital parenting platforms, maternal emotions are being deeply shaped by algorithmiclogic and commercial mechanisms. This paper focuses on breastfeeding anxiety content such as"insufficient milk supply"and " failed milk pursuit" on Xiaohongshu, collecting 500 highlyinteractive notes and 9,560 comments, and incorporating theories of emotional labor, algorithmicgovernance, and digital discipline. The study finds that Xiaohongshu transforms anxious e­xpressionsof maternal duties into " highly disseminable value content" through emotion recognition andinteraction weighting mechanisms. At the same time, users establish instantaneous liquidconnections" through comment interactions. Although fragmented, micro-practices such as discoursedeviation, data refusal, and community escape offer potential for the reconstruction of the digitalmaternal care ecosystem. The article finally proposes a three-dimensional intervention framework ofalgorithmic regulation - platform responsibility - user empowerment.
